RxNT provides a suite of cloud-based arrangements including RxNT|EHR, RxNT|eRx, and RxNT|PM. The three solutions can be bought in an integrated suite or in standalone form. It can be accessed to any connected mobile device or internet browser.

Users are provided with three different kinds of components, within RxNT, to facilitate them in running practices. RxNT|PM is ICD-10 compliant practice management tool that enables practices to succeed in revenue charge capture, control medical billing and collections, and schedule patients across over different areas.

Users can check for insurance eligibility and receive patient reminders through Mobile iPad check-in options. Aging snapshots, practice-specific alerts, and provider payments/charges snapshots can be accessed by the RxNT|PM dashboard. It’s EHR is ONC-ensured and completely coordinates with RxNT|PM.

Design is very good but layout is very poor.

Pros

Easy learn from scratch to pro. Simple layout and user friendly design make it very comprehensive. Support is free and unlimited and very qualified.

Cons

Many glitches in the system. Client Service staff usually remain busy and hold your ticket in long scheduling period. It can not be integrate to other clearing house.

The software is very user friendly and simple. Client Service team is quick and very responsive. Their e-prescribe feature is very easy.

Cons

This is kind a basic version of the emr software. It needs many improvements in regards to charting and other sections. And It should be integrate with other vendors as well.

I like how everything is so clean and nicely organized. Also easy to train staff from registering patients to checking them out.

Cons

I haven't tried the report and I really hope I can create my own reports when I need be. But other than that nothing so far.

It is easy to use, good customer service and token available for the providers for e-subscribing makes things much easier.

Cons

It has a very basic look in the EHR. It needs an updated function in that section but it has possibilities. Also, integration is difficult.

Pros

Claim submission and procedure macro is amazing but it has potential and need more fine tuning to improve the software.

Cons

Poor customer service and lack of adequate knowledge of the software by some of their staff. I cant recommend it.

Very organized, easy to read/understand for billing purposes and good for inter-communication between practitioners

Delay in customer services, has glitches like everything else, unable to save templates to save time in the future, ads
