I've found Practice Fusion to be a pretty user-friendly software. There were no implementation costs and it was simple to get accustomed to the new interface.

Cons

Not optimized for handheld devices. Instances of minor glitches also take place.

It is easy to use. We learned major of this part in 3 weeks training. It is good for small practices as they offer low price than other vendors. But still there are some flaws which make it not to consider.

Cons

Too much clicks required to pull a report of seeing the client existing data. The software seems like pretty outdated. Sometimes too much hassle to do a simple work make you felt lost.

Its quite patient focus which increase the patient satisfaction and work efficiency, report can be easily exportable. Worth for the small practice at low price.

Cons

Customer support is very struggling, have to wait for too long to get your ticket answered. If existing report design could be updated it would be better.

Cost is lower than other emr vendors. eRX substances can be controlled and I think these are the only good things in this software. Otherwise we didn’t find thing great in it.

Cons

Support is the worst thing ever of this vendor. Tickets never answer on time. Patient portal is completely disaster, MIPS support is just horrible, there is no personal attention for small medical clinics.

The best part is that it is free, besides the fact that it is now paid. Still it has better pricing as compared to its counterparts.

The format of prescriptions lacks genuinity, it almost seems like a kid designed them; which poses problems when the prescription is printed.

There is no acquiring cost for the software. Although they are ads which I don't want to see, which can prove to be quite distracting.

Cons

Patient data is literally sold to pharmaceuticals, meaning you're not HIPAA compliant at all!!! They have to take this under consideration.

It's a lot easier to use than other softwares in the market. There is no acquiring cost, allows storing of patient data under one section. It 100% desktop and tablet compatible.

Cons

It lacks customization tools and the customer support services are not that good. Pairing up with other softwares is a very difficult task.
