The tasks flow is very easy and smooth. The patient's chart is very easy to create and have very useful templates. Patient's specific tasks can be followed easily to maintain your flow chart for each patient.

it is fairly easy to create and save templates for various types of patients and diagnosis which makes it worth keeping. The PM portion could be improved though it does the job

I have used better ones before but the practice I work for insists on using all scripts. the only thing I despise about it is that while working the system tends to lag and log the user out.

Allscripts has been in my use for 2 years now. I use paper charts and their PM to schedule and send out claims etc. So far its been a good experience.

Cons

Allscripts has a bit of a buggy document manager I mean finding a document is a pain because there's no way to do it quicker or arrange them in alphabetical order.

In starting, their services and product were quite well and efficient and they asked for long term contract in a discounted fee after the contract they showed negligence in services and support.
